From the blue ocean and mountain landscape. Just WOW! My family and I decided to upgrade to  Preferred Club, and the attention from every member of the staff was excellent. It truly elevated our experience. But there was one person, in particular, who made our trip extra special, Stephanie. She was incredible. She was so attentive, kind, and thoughtful. She was always making sure everything was right for me and my family. What made her stand out was how genuine she was and the care and love she poured into everything she did. It never felt like it was part of her job to go above and beyond for us. It felt like it came straight from her heart. She truly made us feel at home, and she made sure that our first time in the Dominican Republic would be nothing short of AMAZING.
