"We stayed overnight to go to a wedding in the area. We booked two rooms. We were given no options for a late checkout as well as no options for an early check in. The staff were civil but not exactly welcoming. When checking out, I told them there was a dog barking in the room next door to ours. I informed them that I was awakened by the barking dog at 8 am. The response was that I should “have reported it” and that it’s a “pet friendly” hotel. That’s nice but perhaps it could be a “people...

"No breakfast for free. Rooms were nice and comfortable though and shuttle to airport at 6am was great."

"The valet parking was excellent at this harborside location, and we enjoyed multiple car trips to other parts of town for exploring and sightseeing (Beacon Hill is charming with park adjacent). Breakfast included was a convenient bonus for early morning start. A parents/student tour of Boston College was a plus while younger brothers and grandmother loved the upstairs rooftop views and computer plug in amenities while waiting. We all walked less than a block to lunch at The Market deli one...
