We had a small problem with the first room that we were in. They were very nice to move us in to a different room. They're always wonderful and kind there.

Booked 2 rooms - 1st room the hot water wasn't working and we had to call staff to get it repaired. 2nd room both the ceiling lights weren't working so we just relied on all the other auxiliary lights. Internet was also patchy in the rooms. I had to ask the reception for different login and passwords every day. Location is a little far off from the main night markets but it is easy to get a grab from the property. It is a quiet area with several food choices nearby in the day but less, at night.

Strangely I booked 5 of the same room but some came with balcony and some did not? Quite inconvenient as there’s nothing to eat around the area but overall a good stay.

Expensive but truly comfortable
Not in the center, but near the bus terminal. Great pool on the roof, comfortable and big rooms witj workspace.

Good Location, spacious room but dirty
We booked 4 rooms for 1 night stay. I would say the location is good if you have your own car. We had given 2 rooms at 2nd floor and 2 rooms at 4th floor. For the room condition, it is spacious but at the 2nd floor, there is bad smell in the room, the bad smell is out from the bathroom. There is not bad smell at 4th floor, but there are many ants were moving on the floor.

Good Hotel
I always stay here when I stay in Hat Yai. I believe this hotel is best hotel in Hat Yai for the price. The location is excellent with good places to eat at walking distance. I would stay here again.

Tremendous
A tremendous hotel with kind and honest staff. This is actually a 4 or 5 star hotel in terms of quality. They are both friendly and professional. The rooms are modern and spacious. The pool is awesome.

The place is well located. You can walk to green way, festival central. Rooms are big and clean. Mini fridge is free. It'd be great if they have a bicycle rental though.

The PM ist really extraordinary and I mean this in a positive way. Nice staff, a fine room, super clean and comfortable. It's location close to the bus terminal was a plus for me. Can't imagine anyone will regret to stay at the PM, absolutely recommended, and this is a 100% genuine review...

Best value accommodation in Had Yai
It’s the best ever. Close everything, good price , free mini bar and beautiful pool. If you have a car this is hotel for you but if you are not it’s a little bit walk

Very nice property with all the necessary amenities, modern room, balcony, swimming pool is good at rooftop, staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is a separate nice little cafe for breakfast next to the reception.

Best Location and Value
This is the second time saying I this hotel. In my opinion, I believe this is the best hotel in Hat Yai. The reason is, it's next to everything. Modern shopping mall and street food all day long. It has a beautiful rooftop pool with the view of the city. Hotel staff was nice and the room was clean. The hotel room is good for the price. The hotel comes with free minibar. I can highly recommend this hotel when you stay in Hat Yai. It's the best value in Hatyai.

Good location and Value Hotel
For the price, I believe the best value in Hat Yai. I never went in the pool but it looked awesome. The location of the hotel is one of the best area in Hat yai to get food. You get free snack bar for staying. The room was clean and service was great. Only thing was that I felt the walls was a little thin. You can hear your neighbor sometimes. But still for the price and the overall value and location I recommend this hotel. I will stay at this hotel again.
