We didn’t ask for a disability unit so when we found the unit had a spa bath/shower there was no problem getting changed to a larger, renovated disability unit for the same price. The staff even offered to move our belongings. So helpful and pleasant.

Room size was great, wonderful to have sky TV. The shower over a high sided bath was difficult for older visitors. Rooms were well serviced but cleaning in corners could be better. Overall, good value for price.

The pool was lovely, very basic accommodation and rooms need cosmetic update, stained carpet and very budget kitchen utilities. Ants all around in the kitchen at night. The bed was comfortable and the private outdoor area was nice.

The room was big and spacious and enough space for a family of five. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots and pans for simple cooking during our stay there. It was summer and the weather was hot. The air con didn't reach the top level so it was very hot even during the night. Would be nice if a fan could be provided. There was some stains on the beddings so cleaning can be improved but otherwise our family had a great stay.

It had a lot of space which made it easy for a wheelchair to get around. The walk in shower was awesome. The water drained away and didnt go everywhere when you had a shower. Also the bed wasnt too high so it made it easy for someone in a wheelchair to get on the bed. Definitely recommend.
