"Terrible experience. Double charged and completely ignored by the hotel!
I booked a 10-night stay here through a booking site. Upon check-in, they asked me to present a credit card to pay the city tax, though no actual charge went through at that moment. After a long 10-day stay, my only focus was on checking out. I completely forgot that a card had already been provided, and since the front desk asked me for a card again, I handed them a different one. To my shock, BOTH credit cards ended up being charged for the same tax! How could they charge the first card when it wasn't even presented at check-out?
What makes it worse is their absolute lack of customer service. I messaged them through the booking platform immediately after realizing the mistake, but got no response. A day later, the platform's customer service tried to call the front desk, but no one answered. It has now been 4 days, and they still haven't replied. This is financial negligence and an urgent matter for guests, yet they completely ignore it. Utterly irresponsible. Avoid this place!"
