「My wife and I stumbled upon this hotel when we lost power at home and really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the amenities at the hotel, including the gym and the free continental breakfast. The price was also very reasonable. We'd definitely stay here again if we were looking for a hotel in the area.」

「Convenient location, but very outdated and rundown. Our A/C unit could not be adjusted and the paper thin blanket that we had was insufficient to keep us warm. The power button on the remote control did not work, but TV could be turned on manually. There were several stains on the chair and debris in all of the drawers. Grab and go breakfast though was sufficient for our needs. Housekeeping and front desk person were nice.」

「Power down in area due to mini tornado in area. Power was lost in most of area. Called Hampton in direct line 6-8 times but call did not go through. Called my daughter who lives 1 mile from property and they had trees down and no power. I have health issues and walk with walker, so I called Troy Hotel in Parsippany, They had power so I rebooked with them. 「This place was horrible! As soon as we walked into the room, it smelled like cigarettes, and there were cigarette butts under one of the beds. The bed sheets were dirty, the toilet had urine on it, the sink had stains on it, and the sheets had holes. The only good thing about this place was the free parking. Please do not waste your time going there.」
