「To Expedia: We were delayed due to weather and were not able to arrive for this reservation (Aug27-28). My husband tried to cancel but could not speak to a person before we had to board an alternate flight. Would it be possible to get a refund or partial refund?? I spoke w/ a person at the property and they indicated they would likely work something out if they heard from Expedia asking for a refund. I was given the name of the general manager as a contact: Amber King. Our Expedia itinerary...

「The room was super spacious and clean. The view of the water was incredible to wake up to and the front desk was super responsive. Close enough to all the things traverse city has to offer and ample parking. Big plus were the shower products for me! Perfect stay.」
