"Check-in was after 1:00 pm. We arrrived at 4:10 pm and had asked for a 1st floor room as I’m disabled. I was told 1st our room was NOT ready. Please wait. I said I’d take any room on 1st fl. We’ve just driven 9 hrs. After 15 minutes he returns. Hand me a key packet. That was it. I had to ASK where our room was, where the amenities were etc..you get the gist. Got to our room. "We love this hotel chain because of the room size and design. The kitchen is a wonderful benefit! Coffee in a real china mug is a treat and an actual fridge to keep our beverages in was a real plus. The room clean and large enough to feel like we weren't crammed in a hotel room. We didn't use the pool, but we really enjoyed the healthy breakfast options on the breakfast bar. The staff was cheerful and helped me transfer my points to my Honors programs. A good experience all around."
