Food is scarce and expensive in Exuma. Bring nuts, snacks in suitcase.$3 can of peanuts at Costco cost $28 in Exuma.Locals are very helpful and have the phone number of all the other locals(ie tour guides, drivers) on speed dial.Everything (conch, coleslaw, BBQ chicken, fries) at Edgewater Restaurant is "to die for", big portions, better value than Fish Fry.Big grocery store next door. Bring lots of cash, especially $5 bills. I'd buy 2 dinners at a time and have it "to go". I put one in the fridge...

Diamond in the ruff !!! we didnt know hat to expect when we arrived but we love this place will stay again. Great staff with a nice restaurant on facility.

Much prettier, fantastic beach and large, spacious, top quality across the board accommodations. Subzero refrigerator, Bosch washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub and large shower-- all in limestone or local coral-stone. Very nicely appointed, very tasteful. Neutrals. Ms. Flowers was so just sweet host and manager! Ryan was so helpful and even drove us to the airport last minute! Everyone was so cool including Jason the Bartender. The dinner was so fun because the music was awesome and it was right on the water. Great vibes! Recommended to everyone our friend had his yacht on the slip at the marina there. Perfect location! Great room! Thank you all!

The property is exactly how you see it listed. Our favorite part was that we had the beach foot steps away from out back door.
