「Staff was nice 」

「Went for a festival just across the street. Parked before checkin time, walked to restaurant. Great location. Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. Quite, clean, bed was comfortable. 」

「This hotel was truly a gem. I was so surprised to see the size of the room and the suite amenities . The linens and bedding were super nice and clean. The living space was large and had the feeling of being at home. A cute Boutique surprise when I walked into the room. Highly recommend!!」

「Staff was very friendly, but the room was not in good condition. The matress was 'broken' with a large divot on one side. The was a whole in the wall as if someone had punched or kicked the wall in (broken plaster). The exterior entrance room door didnt have a working latch/lock. The toilet ran throughout most of the night and the wall sockets had no plates. And lastly the TV had no sound and the remote did not work (it was also broken with pieces hanging off).」

「Not enough food we came down at 8:30 most of the breakfast items were gone. It was a long line for one waffle machine ended up passing on that and no hot water for tea. Our air conditioner in the room was broken, the staff offered to change our room. we were already undressed and getting into bed. we had a long day travel from Florida. The managing staff was very kind about adding 15, 000 points to my choice rewards for the inconveniences of a room with no ventilation or air. 」

「Very disappointed in this “High End/High Priced Hilton property. The room and especially the bathroom was small. Strong odor of mildew. A/C unit did not run consistently. Wood molding around the windows was rotted out. Carpet was old, worn and stained. No refrigerator or microwave. Dinner at the restaurant was dismal. My had roasted chicken that was old and over cooked. Her MacnCheese had a funky overly sweet taste. The only thing she liked were the 3 Brussels sprouts. I had all night...
