"The only problem was upon arrival we asked if our room was ready. (It was 1:30) The receptionist was just on the phone speaking to someone saying yes your room is ready looking forward to seeing you. As soon as she hung up I asked about our room she extremely curtly said no after looking at the computer. At that time I asked if she had an idea when it may be she curtly replied Check-in is st 4:00.Which I understand but many times rooms are prepared earlier. I said okay is there a system for them to message us when the room is ready she again rudely said no. We went next door and had an appetizer after an hour I called same voice again said no. After another hour I called a different voice politely said oh yes it is when do we expect to arrive. I said we were right next door waiting for 2 hours for the room to be prepared. At that time she seemed confused and asked if we were waiting to a specific room I said no. She said oh. This makes me feel that rooms were available earlier and for some reason the 1st desk person was either upset by me asking her too many questions initially or just not doing a very good job. Other than that experience everything else was exceptional. "
