「beautifully appointed small hotel that’s perfectly situated in Cambridge. Highly recommend!」

「洗澡的地方 出水口不太順 會淹水 晚上會聽到管線的雜音 有點吵」

「Very neat and tidy room. The bed is very comfortable. There is no boiling pot but available upon request. Would appreciate if tea bags are provided. Complimentary fruits and snacks are provided, very generous.」

「At the beginning, I booked only 1 night here, however after I lived here, I couldn’t help keeping booking one night more and more, Even sharing bathroom, couldn’t bother me too much about that, And I had been kept Stayed at Room 301(Sturfs) for all my stay here, which is a Small but Warm room with romantic view of Commonwealth Eve in the snow, and a small white shelf with a Lot Of Wonderful Books. Breakfast are Healthy, Coffee and Tea are nice and supplied in 24 hours. If there is not a...

「Great location and friendly staff. Room a little small but nice overall.」

「Not an amazing experience. My son studies in Cambridge so we travel quite often to Boston and usually stay at the Four Seasons in Dalton. This time we wanted to try something different and we decided for the Raffles Boston. The stay was not as expected due to the following: 1- AC not working properly second night, room became too hot to sleep comfortable. Good thing it was fix the next day (after we reported it to the front desk) but we didn't sleep well for one night out of the three we...

「Excellent location but the room」

「客房清潔很乾淨，員工很親切」

「We loved the location and the host was amazing. We only wish the sidewalk construction wasn’t going on because it obstructed part of the beautiful view.」

「Mirror TV is cool!」

「Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue was that the fourth floor had a noticeable odor at times. It wasn’t unbearable, but since the windows could not be opened and there didn’t seem to be a proper fresh air ventilation system, the air circulation felt limited. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with everything else and still had a great overall experience.」

「Staff very helpful !」

「The shower - the water is not strong enough for me to clean my long hair well. Beside. There’s no option to move the shower head which makes it difficult to just rinse my feet when I choose to.」
