Why in the world this facility shows a picture of the yellow building on the water is beyond me! It has nothing to do wirh this yellow building and that was very disappointing. The actual building was fine but no view at all.

A basic hotel in a great (central) location. My standard single room was on the 6th floor facing the water to the south-east. It was very quiet (no traffic noise or from other guests) and, being light all night, glorious to lie in bed looking out through the picture windows at the seagulls and district views beyond.

The picture of the yellow House, is not the place! If you not get a mail og sms with the keycode and room number, you can get it at Scandic Harstad just a few bloks away, they have reception 24/7. The place is ok value for the money. Nice and clean.

An sich war alles in Ordnung, realistisches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Doch leider habe ich sehr gefroren! Die Heizung war zwar an, aber nicht individuell zu regulieren, und offenbar nicht stark genug für derzeitige Temperaturen!

Pessimo servizio. Self check-in non gestito.

Pessima esperienza. Nessuno mi ha contattata per darmi i cidici per entrare. Non c’è reception. Ho dovuto far intervenire 3 volte hotels.com, scrivere 2 mail all’hotel e chiamare io il numero di emergenza dell’hotel che mi ha dato solo il codice per entrare nella hall e non quello della camera. Solo grazie ad una comunicazione gestuale con una delle signore delle pulizie siamo riusciti a capire come entrare in camera. Ad ora nessuno ha mai risposto alle mie mail all’hotel. Indecente
