"Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm."

"Spa didn’t work, there was old chocolate in the drawers and the shower body wash was completely empty. Overall the place is fine if you’re just staying the night and for the price can’t really complain too much"

"Parking is very limited if the hotel is full. OK its a renovated Horse Stable and its an experience which I would probably not repeat."
