We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult. I’d def stay again.

Great stay in Harrogate

Stayed here with a friend for 2 nights. Location is great, really close to the station 4/5 min walk max, and close to all the bars and restaurants. Stairs up to the apartment for those it may affect. Great to have parking. Comfy rooms and well equipped

The shower pole is not fixed properly and not very good as you have to move with it to shower. Also there no movement in being a little for check out at 10

Very central location

The location of the apartment was great, very central and minutes away from the convention centre. The apartment was very clean and had comfortable beds. The only down side was the communication, I sent a message to the property through hotels.com and didn’t receive an answer so emailed the owner directly and still didn’t get a reply. The car park is also very small. We were made aware of this before we arrived but it was even smaller than expected, our estate car hung out into the road so we couldn’t park there and had to pay in a parking lot.

Fantastic location with parking included but was dirty and smelt. Wouldn't stay again.

Not Clean!

This was very disappointing! An expensive apartment we expected to be lovely. Everything (except, thankfully, for bed and bedding) was grubby. The towels looked grey and were stained, the glass table had clearly not been wiped as had coffee rings on and we had to clean the toilet seat, before using! Bad at anytime, but particularly during this time, when everything should be deep cleaned.

Cheltenham Apartments Harrogate

Clean, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, good shower, close to shops / town centre, quiet area, car park space however a little tight on space. Overall excellent highly recommend.

My mum and I enjoyed our night in the apartment, which was lovely and warm on our arrival, and very much appreciated, thank you! Quite a few steps up to the property and parking was tight, but overall we had a very peaceful night in comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend this property, perfectly situated in the centre of Harrogate 😊

I loved the location close to everything in Harrogate but struggled with cases up 3 flights of stairs. The cleaning could have been better, there were sticky fingerprints and marks in various places, the bathroom cabinet inside hadn't been cleaned for a while and also bathroom cabinet doors.

Nice and comfortable apartment well appointed and clean, great communication with owners who were really helpful, so thankyou, this made a really pleasant change to a dingy hotel room we usually end up with whilst visiting trade shows. Hope to use again next year

Bad. There was no lift n we didn't know about it. We couldn't drag the heavy luggage up to 2 floors higher from the ground floor. There was no hotel stall at the Apartment n got no help at all So bad situation n we had to open the travelling case to take out the belongings in pieces. Bad experience and poor memories ! Secondly, couldn't turn on the high technology TV set. No TV to watch during the stay. Totally isolated from the outside world !
