"This is a nice hotel. It’s a bit older, but I stayed in the refurbished, train-themed room. Everything is nice, I just wish the room had more power outlets and an iron & ironing board. Breakfast was just a waffle iron and coffee, but you can find breakfast locally."

"If it had not been due to having to cancel our original hotel due to a computer outage, we would not have chosen the Ottawa Inn. It is an older property and has not been maintained. The pool and breakfast area have both been closed for who knows how long. The bathroom sink and shower diverter were both difficult to operate and the toilet leaked around the base indicating the seal was bad. Getting someone too the desk was not easy. Even with the pool out of service it is the first thing displayed...
