"The hotel was clean but I didn’t like that it seem so ancient. Everything look so old. There wasn’t a lot of light or outlets. Couldn’t get the tv to work. The biggest complaint was there wasn’t a microwave in the room. Real inconvenience. I called ahead to see if I could check in early, I was told yes then when I got there there , I had to wait an additional 10/15 minutes by that time it was check in time. "We only had one lamp in our room and no table. The hot water didn't work too well. The bar was never open. The cats was overwhelming in the pool area at night. Facility need to get new pillows for bed."

"First of all, I tried to call front desk: No answer. Secondly, the internet strength was weak. Furthermore, the toilet pressure is weak and the heat of water while taking a shower is just lukewarm. I had to ask for fresh towels on my second day. Moreover, BOTH of my key cards DID NOT work the second day when I returned with hot food. I was highly upset when I had to return to the front desk to get them reset. Finally, while check out is at 11, the housekeeping barely knocked on the door at 10...

"First of all i rented 2 rooms the elevators were down and I have bad knees and had to walk up the stairs one of the rooms didn't have shower curtain"

"I had a nice size room. I made reservations for 2 queen beds. I had one queen bed and a pull out sofa. I requested a cot. It was after midnight after requesting a cot for the 2nd time that I finally got it. The breakfast was minimal. Overall everything was ok."
