I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the 2 bedroom reservation. It sounds like there were multiple issues that made your stay unpleasant. I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter problems like a broken garbage disposal, leaking sink, unpleasant smell in the room, and a closed pool after booking specifically for it. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. After reviewing your feedback, we checked our rooms and the room you stayed in and there is a bar on the wall next to the toilet. It is not in the shower but there is a grab bar between the tub and toilet. It is sometimes hard to see as it blends in and if you are looking more in the shower for it you could very easily miss it. I am glad to see you did enjoy your stay for the most part. As always, we do thank you for your business and hope to see you again.
