「The front desk person was extremely kind. The problem was the room. My room was not cleaned, chips & other items on the carpet, food left in the refrigerator, cleaning towels left on the desk, and no towels in the restroom. I called the front office to voice my complaint and was told I would be reassigned to another room. Once I get to the front desk, I was told there were no available rooms. My credit card was charged almost $300 for a room I didn’t use. I was moved to a different property that...

「Pool was closed. Bugs in the shower. A/C wouldn’t stay on. 3 cop cars came to break up a fight between intoxicated guests.」

「I have stayed at this location twice and both times the staff was very friendly and helpful! Gage in the restaurant and Danielle at the front desk were exceptionally great! The pre-paid breakfast is well worth the money and saves about half the cost of paying at the restaurant itself. The rooms are clean and hotel is updated and offers great amenities. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.」

「Great, affordable stay! Everything was clean and staff were very helpful & friendly. I will stay here anytime I’m visiting Longview! Only con is the 2 bedroom suite with 4 beds only has 1 bathroom. So, a party of 4-8 people must use the lobby bathroom when the bathroom located in the room is occupied.」

Oh - they have the best most delicious, generous affordable meals from their kitchen- they bring to your door!! Honestly going in and coming out was absolutely the very best experience ( and I travel a lot!) Thanks Team! I will be back!」

「The water pressure in the shower was terrible. They are charging me extra for a rag that was already tore when I got to hotel. The fire alarm went off at 1:45 on Thursday morning and they couldn't get it to shut off til after 3 in the morning.」
