「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「Property management needs to make sure at least every once in a while the room gets a real deep clean. Room is almost complete carpet and carpet needs deep clean to insure it is cleaned. Also property management needs to get exterminators and deep clean with rodent spray or something. There were a few dead insects in some places and first night of stay there was a roach just on the wall had to kill it」

「I stayed for two nights over July 4 and thought the hotel was a really good find. On the Delaware River, next to a park, apartment style rooms, on site parking. i would stay here again. It is listed as part of a casino but that isnt on site and a shuttle can take you there on request. Apparently the property didn't allow kids but it does now. That hasnt caught on yet and my stay was quiet and peaceful. I thought I had purchased a park view room but was placed in a room with no way to see out...

「Stayed here to be a tourist for a few days. This property is in a great spot- close to many points of interest and plenty of restaurants . The front desk staff were all very friendly , helpful and always ready to assist with any needs you may have . The size of the room was pretty small, however this did not bother us as we only were in the room to sleep. Left early each day and got back to the room about 9pm. Would stay here again for our next visit to the city.」

「I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.」
