"The location of the hotel is superb, right in the old town, but also very close to Balti Jaama Turg, which is a very nice local market. It’s very close to many attractions making it easy to explore by walking. There’s a nice bakery across the street from the hotel and many nice restaurants in the same street. The staff were incredibly kind during check-in, explaining how the hotel is also a historical building. At check-out, I was a bit late and they were also lenient about it, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! "

"Nice sauna, steam room and pool. Room was okay but bed was hard and bathroom configuration made it hard to use toilet. No plug for hairdryer in the bathroom. Restaurant was closed on rooftop, bar was open with minimum menu and was very expensive. Lack of ambience in bar on top floor"

"Clean hotel and excellent staff. A really good buffet breakfast too. Later free checkout was allowed and that was much appreciated. The hotel is in a central location, and perfect for exploring the Old Town. It is in a lovely old building, but this should be taken in consideration as complete step free access isn’t possible from all rooms. Overall a delightful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice upscale hotel. Breakfast very good with a lot of selection, definitely worth trying. Only downside is expensive parking, but you can park at a parking garage nearby at a cheaper rate."
