Solo traveller from Los Angeles looking for a relaxing place of zen, meditation and wellness. This place was awesome with lovely staff, good food and activities for the day. The views overlooking the River are breathtaking.

I specially loved the serene setting and gorgeous views from aveda5! I specially want to mention the yoga teacher Rishika for her graceful yoga class! Didn’t know where the 1 hour went! 3 days of heavenly views!

We felt so welcome at Veda 5 from the first moment we arrived. The scenery is serene and beautiful in the mountains, the food is AMAZING family style buffet that even my 11 yo loved, we adored the yoga instructors who were eager to meet us wherever we are in our practice, and we felt part of a greater community through the stay. The people ranged from singles to couples and families…from old to young…from yoga instructor to novice, and it all worked. We hope to come back some day!!

Wonderful stay and time well spent at Veda5

What a place- I must say it’s a unique experience for any family/ couples to stay at Veda5. They have Yoga and Ayurveda themed concept with great decor. Staff is super courteous and always smiling and serving guests. While food is great as me and my wife relish veg (w/ onion, garlic) but our kid had some issues which got managed with chef’s help. Property is located on the mountains with a great view. However mobile network and wifi was an issue when we visited. If you are looking for a different experience, other than usual modern resorts, go for this one and you will surely not regret.

The food prepared by Head Chef Ashok and is staff is so healthy and tasty. Meal times were an absolute treat. If staying here, be prepared to jump in a taxi to go places as it’s around half hour from Rishikesh. Aside from a few walks, eating or using the spa, there’s little else to do other than relax. If going in winter, take your thermals.

Stunning setting- close to Ganges and within Rajiji National Park. Beautiful Modern rooms with stunning mountain views. Hyper attentive competent + caring staff team- right from cleaning staff, to reception(organizing excursions) to Panchakarma (Ayuredic Consultations + Treatments) and not forgetting the kitchen taste magicians, yoga teachers + drivers. We stayed 3 days only -we were orig. booked half board but upgraded our package to include inhouse itinerary of yoga med and treatments etc + which was a steel!! would rec. and deff come back again for longer. Would also be a perfect base for exploring Haridwar and Rajiji National Park .

Buen lugar. muy atentos. bien la orientación a alimentación ayur-vegetariana. Hubo un cambio de tipo de habitación contratada, lo que no me pareció bien. Para el frío en las piezas proveen de estufas eléctricas pero no son suficientes. el AC no se podía usar.
