Great Location

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ran into troubles with the water in our room, however it was fixed. The overall experience was pleasant- they allowed us to check in early upon arrival.

A few days in Haridwar

My husband and parents went for a 5 day stay and really enjoyed this hotel. Service is wonderful, laundry and food are inexpensive, and the rooms were clean and spacious! I would stay here again!

They were very accommodating and hospitable. I had to stay an extra day which they arranged with no problem . They also arranged my activities and transportation. Mr. Sunil was very helpful and kind .

Don't book travel services from hotel.

Travel Rate give by hotel was double then main street. Brand new SUV stop in evening middle of trip. Did not offer vehicle replacement so use Auto.kids and family suffer lot. Missed tour location. Charge full amount without any apologies. Hotel don't provide Sampoo and conditioner so please carry if you book. Air conditioner water drained inside room for first night. My Mom slip on floor couple time then next day got new room.

Perfect hotel. Good location

Good location. Perfect breakfast and dinner. Good room service. Only downside is blockage of wash basin and dirty bathroom. Air con was good. Bed was hard but it ok for that price.

Nice Hotel with clean rooms

Though the experience with Expedia was not great but the same with hotel was good. I tried thrice to book 2 rooms with 4 adults and 4 kids but every time the booking page would present payment for single room only. Had to do the transaction twice to book another room. Hotel was good and so was the staff. They informed that they have not received any information on kids but still helped us out.

The room and location were totally fine. However the front staff were very difficult and they barged into our room at 6 am because someone else's hot water didn't work, even though we were asleep.

Rooms are cozy and the food quality is very bad.the hotel staff is good and the services are good.hotel tarriff on the higher side in comparison to the room facilities.

Better look other options

Was looking fine with vibrant colours on the Internet . Whoever designed this had little good taste but I think after that never proper management for everything like paint , cleanliness , dirty pillow as never got washed , grey torn bed sheet , dirty bathroom floor , after 10 pm chef not available so no proper food so many things were irritating I booked this room on line at Rs. 2185 and hotel offered me next day in 1000 plus tax So unhappy with Expedia also

Excellent for the price

we stayed in the hotel on 22/12/2013, our stay was very comfortable, with very clean rooms with hot water available round the clock, the staff was very helpful and pleasing. The hotel is very central and the best part is that your car can go upto the hotel.

Great value hotel in Haridwar

I had a pleasant three-day stay at La Casa in Haridwar. Friendly, professional staff, clean room, a little cold at night but they provided a heater when I asked. The hot water was excellent. Quick room service! As a female traveling alone in India I choose my hotels carefully, and La Casa didn't disappoint in any respect. Thanks for the great stay.

This was a great place to stay for two nights

We stayed in a hotel for two nights one before and one after our trip to the north and were both times very pleased with the hotel. First of all it is conveniently located in walking distance of both the railway station and the ghats. The rooms were well sized, nicely designed and clean. The staff was helpful and everything looked well organized. A minor problem was that the WiFi was not strong enough in all rooms but that was the only complaint we had. They also cook food but we didn't try it.

O hotel é bom e a equipe atenciosa, mas a localização, embora boa para os pontos turísticos, é muito barulhenta.... haviam pombos morando no ar condicionado que nos impediram de dormir!!!

Best hotel for the money in Haridwar

La Casa is within easy walking distance of everything. The rooms are comfortable. The beds and soft and the bedding of warm, comfortable and clean. The wifi from the lobby will reach your room if you request something towards the front of the hotel. Avoid staying on the lobby level. I think the noise level would make sleep impossible. They are also in the process of building a restaurant on the roof. Great staff too.

普通です。

インドで清潔なホテルを求めていらっしゃるなら、ここでもいいかもしれません。ヨーロッパ風のモダンな感じのホテルです。インテリアはそこそこです。日本でいえばちょっとおしゃれなビジネルホテルといった感じですが、庭もロビーなどもないので、寝るだけの部屋になりました。向かいにレストランがあるので、そういう意味ではよいです。私は汚くてもいいので、安いゲストハウスで十分です。

Petit hotel sympa de categorie moyenne, pas loin de la gare et a 15 min du centre ville. Personnel agreable. Les chambres sont decorées avec gout. Dommage que la salle de bain ne soit pas plus propre. Cela laisse souvent a desirer en Inde !

The room was certainly ok for the price. Average cleanlyness. No daylight in the room, very noisy all night long because of the busy street just outside (ground floor room). 3 min by taxi from the railway station, 10 min by foot from the Ganga River banks / ghats, so perfect to explore the city and be ready to travel by train.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable!

Staff helpful. Good location in the centre of Haridwar. Room was big, and comfortable. Bathroom nice. Fairly well maintained and clean. We asked the staff to arrange a taxi to the station for the morning we left, around 5.30am, and were told it would cost 350 rupees - to go less than 1km! They also said there would be no rickshaws or autorickshaws at that time. We decided we would walk and then in the morning found there were loads of rickshaws around and got one no problem! It seemed like the hotel were trying to rip us off with the taxi.
