Overall it was a nice stay, the hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Would recommend to hotel to improve the food quality and more breakfast options in their restaurant. Location is good, it is adjacent to Mansa Devi Ropeway and near to Ganga ghat.

This hotel management are very bad no respect no service for their customers they give my room dirty. Dirty bed sheets dirty trowel even bathroom is always flooded. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. I travel all over the world, and never seen that poor service. This hotel should close if they don’t know how treat customer. I have worst experience in there.

Maa Mansa Devi Templeにあがるロープウェイのすぐそばのホテルで、朝早く行きたかったのでこちらに滞在しました。ロープウェイがオープンするまで部屋でゆっくり過ごすことができて、 お寺へのアクセスもよく、とても助かりました。歩いていける距離で帰りは歩いて降りてきたら、ホテルのすぐ真横に降りてこれました。まわりのお店の雰囲気などもメインストリートとはまた雰囲気が違って、ローカルのお店も色々みてたのしめました。スタッフのひとたちもたても親切でした。

-Zero maintenance by the staff -staff does not have any sense of courtesy and customer service - hotel is a big zero in cleanliness. Rooms, bathroom, carpet, windows, walls are full of dust and spit marks -no Wifi and no TV service available inspite of mention in package -car parking not possible due to police restriy, which hotel doesnot mention even when callled. -power backup not available for almost 3 hrs citing silly reason that diesel is over. I don't understand whether they were getting diesel from Delhi that takes them so much time. Why no reserve maintained? -Cars swiping not available, so have to do bank transfer

Das Hotel liegt am Ende einer Straße, direkt an der Bahnlinie. Gefühlt fährt der Zug durchs Zimmer, wenn man einen Raum an der Frontseite hat. An der Hotelrückseite ist es etwas besser.
