「When i got to the hotel, the checking in process was very easy and the man behind the counter was very chatty. He was very nice. When i got to my room, although it was like any other standard room i had been in, the front door had been bashed in so that needed fixing and the entire room could have done with a jolly good paint as there were lots of chips taken out and in the bathroom it was the same down the door and walls. The shower would have been lovely except the temperature i wanted it at...

「The front reception and staff was phenomenal and the staff was ver accommodating, professional, and did their best to make our stay wonderful. Unfortunately, the room had several insects and the bathtub had a ring around it or as they would say it lost the finish that would allow the dirt not to stick to the tub. We ended up leaving and went to a new hotel. I didnt ask for a refund i just know better next time.」

「Very clean nice hotel. Comfortable. Staff very friendly. The only negative comment I would give is the I 20 interstate on the back side of the hotel is very loud. I urge you to ask for a room facing the front of the hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay if they refused to accommodate my request. 」
