"The Best Thing About this Motel apart from it being Clean And Comfortable is the Wonderful and Welcoming Owners. We had a special request regarding our Coaster Bus and they stayed in contact with us right up to our arrival. The Room was outstanding having lots of space with full size fridge and a beautiful spa bath which my son with an Intellectual Disability absolutely loved. I’m not sure how I’ve missed this place on my other stop overs in Coffs but I won’t be missing it next time. Will definitely stay here again. Great Place and Great People! Thank you "

"Perhaps a knife a fork could be provided for guests and rooms updated. Vermiculite ceilings in rooms should be covered over as vermiculite emits fine dust. Dark curtains make the room I stayed in feel gloomy!"

"hard to write the staff because it’s basically online but it was pretty quick and easy to enter an exit why it’s terrible is that we had a rather large family ride above us very noisy until about 11 o’clock even though I’d gone out at 10 o’clock and said we need to get up early for work they just carried on loudly and dragon furniture over the floor which you could hear like it was in your room"

"Sorry but the room we had had a strong urine smell in it (room 40) it wasn’t a pleasant stay after a 6 hour drive .I did advise the property manager so it will be up to them if they fix it"
