「Great room」

「I appreciate having a handicap bathroom. The tub had a teak folding bench which was hard to put down and close the shower curtain, too. The tub surface was very slippery so I put a towel down to stand on in the shower. The valve was hard for me to set on warm without scalding or freezing but I figured it out. There was a compact frig in the room that did not get cold when plugged in. I mentioned it to a worker who said he would check it out. I understood no frig or microwave in room, but a...

「the room is OK, big and clean. However,there is something "difference" in this hotel. 1. you have to borrow everything from the frontdesk, incluging coffee machine, hair dryer, cup ,dish. 2. there is no place for breakfast. you have to bring everything from the frp desk to your room. But dont't worry, because the breakfast is almost "nothing". 3. you should go earlier for the breakfast, we go for breakfast at around 0850, and there is no bread anymore there. and the stuff just said"the bread is...

「Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed.」

「Me and my wife didn’t like it all. It was dirty, refrigerated had mold on it. We took pictures. And we plan on calling the health department, asking how the past inspection. We gave the keys back and left and tried to get my money back but no success. We booked another hotel which was 100% better」

「The amenities were excellent, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—just one minute from the airport, which made traveling incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast with plenty of options and the two free welcome drinks, they also have socialization hour from 5-6:30 which were a nice added touch.」
