The staff were so helpful when getting to the property and checking in. We also got some great recommendations and help locating some other things in the area. The beach in front of the property is beautiful. There was a good grab and go style breakfast. Beds were very comfortable.
Out of the way. Initial room was moldy. We changed rooms and new room (with balcony) was great. Staff person was very helpful and responsive.

The lodge is right on the ocean and has a great view. There is a substantial amount of dirt work being done right now which made us wonder if we were in the right spot when trying to locate it. However, the lodge has a nice deck with chairs which were a great vantage point to enjoy the ocean. The owner was on site and offered use of a side by side to take down the beach to a waterfall near by. There is a continental breakfast on site daily.
Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin making falling asleep before the last person in the building turned off the tv difficult. Finally, the drinking water smelled very strongly of chlorine and we suspect was the cause of our GI distress during our stay. If you do stay there, be sure to only drink the bottled water that they keep on hand.
