「Really average, not so clean but ok. And I reserved 2 rooms and Hotels.com told me that I had fully paid. But we only have 1 room when we arrived. Until now, Hotels.com didn't give a refund.」

「We arrived on a graduation weekend with no ability to move. There was no key or card to lock our door. The manager had left two days before. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything.」

「The hotel was ok. Older, but clean. Staff friendly. I gave 3 stars because we didn't have hot water. I took my shower the evening we got there. I set water in center for temp it was cold. I let it run awhile, still cold. Kept adjusting hotter until I couldn't go any further. Room temperature. Guess I'm taking a cold shower. It did get a tad warmer by the end but it should have been scalding where I had it. Maybe others are taking the hot water, husband took one early in morning. Still cold. We...

「I selected this hotel because hotels in the area seemed surprisingly expensive, and this one seemed reasonable without being a dive. The lobby felt fresh and updated but the rooms were very dated - although pretty clean. Staff was super friendly - when they were around - often times there was no one present, just a sign saying to call a number if you needed assistance or to check in contactless.
