「We thought this was an extremely engaging family owned boutique hotel with rooms of different sizes, little kitchenettes. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming The hotel did not provide a meal options.Therefore, I have no rating for that. We are looking to go back as a bigger family as our home base for some family celebrations coming up」

「I stayed at the Hotel Kaplan for a three week study program which was a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, comfortable and provide you with the essentials, nothing more. While not an upscale hotel, the owners Eli and Nathan are very welcoming and are definitely part of the experience of staying there. A kitchen is available if you want to do light cooking. 「員工要看個人運氣好不好，有的很熱心，而且會講中文。有的一板一眼，不願意幫忙。（因為腳扭傷無法爬到上舖，勉強上去但跌落到地上，再次要求已發生意外，其他的服務人員才趕快協助換床位）」

「This is a perfect location right next to the city wall. Great architecture and very polite staff. The view and food in the Wine and Cheese Restaurant on the top floor was excellent. But I am not a big fan for wine and cheese but mainly refer to the dinner. Wifi is not reliable in room. Some electric socket was switched off in the main switch. Towels are old. But for the location I still give it a 5.」

「The Hotel New Capitol is a lovely hotel. Surrounded by shops just three minutes walk from Herod's Gate. Great for those who want to walk and explore the Old City of Jerusalem and its holy sites.
