"The guest services line remained unavailable throughout my stay. There were lipstick stains on my sheets, that I had to request housekeeping to come change. There weren’t amenities available such as mouthwash and complimentary water. The hotel also does not include complimentary breakfast. Additionally, beware if you have the “best view” side facing the harbor, because it will be extremely noisy at night, with ongoing traffic, people partying outside, etc. Nothing was offered to us to make it right. Won’t be back."

"Both rooms were decently cleaned. My pillow had a foul smell but the case and sheets appeared clean. The ac/pipes in the room were pretty loud at night time. The clicking and clanking kept me up on the first night. But besides that, the rooms were decent. The halls and elevator were clean. Ice machine worked fine. The restaurants downstairs were pretty good. Not super expensive. I would stay there again. "

"The room was nice but the matress was well past it's prime. The room was clean but there was a picture with mold growing through the frame. The female staff was amazing but the male staff member seemed bothered when we asked for an extra pillow. "
