「The staff was professional and nice but my room had roaches! I asked them to switch my room and they did and that room had roaches too! Beware!!!」

「Tv didn’t work and a/c was leaking but the AGM was excellent and the GM, even though I saw her briefly… seemed pleasant as well」

「Not clean .. absolutely no lights in the room at all no lamps nothing. The tub faucet was broken and cut my hand. There was newspaper clippings pasted to the wall with scratches on the walls with giant holes and painters tape covering everything.. the door didn’t shut all the way having to lock it to stay shut. The staff came and told me a woman when she brought me a lamp very late last night said I had two hour late check out well now she wants me out at 12 and I’m at a doctors appt. This was...
