It is a kake hotel, i arrived to the address and it doesn't exist any more and i couldn't complain with anyone.

The rooms for this hotel are on the 7th floor of a larger hotel. There’s no signage or communication about this. The only reason we found it easily was because our friend had been staying there for a few days before our arrival and gave us the heads up. The office does have a sign, but it’s across the street and under construction. The hotel was ok. I wouldn’t call it dirty, but also didn’t feel clean. The breakfast was part of our stay in a restaurant on the 9th floor. The view was beautiful, but the space was not clean. There was a dead gnat in the congee and dead gnats and hair at the bottom of the cup that held the chopsticks. The internet also was not reliable and kept disconnecting.

Good neighborhood but service needs improvement

Note the S'space apoartments start on 7th floor of a hotel with a different name Pros: nice business style rooms - upscale neighborhood with walking paths by a Lake - our tv did not work. they did replace it quickly Cons: - we were only given first day coupons for free breakfast. never asked for more. breakfast was horid. all food at room temperature including the coffee. -we arrived early morning and no staff at desk on 7th floor despite description saying 24 hr desk - there was a number to call. she had left my keys under her key board - the room was missing the kitchenette which was why I booked in first place. I let her know once she arrived. she said wait until 9 and they would bring the kitchen stuff. then they said we would switch rooms at noon. we waited, then I asked again and they said 2 pm. At 210 I asked again. They said 230. Then at 230 they brought the kitchen kit to our room. keep in mind we arrived on a night bus at 5 am - then the next day at noon they called us and asked us to switch rooms so they could to do maintenance on our room. we said no. we were checking out the next morning.

Lakeview. I arrived early and asked to store my bag until check-in but was allowed to check in straightaway. Secure and quiet area. Far from the places I needed to visit and taxis could not find it. Room not cleaned daily or tea coffee, water, toiletries replenished. I had booked it for the kitchen but not much in it and besides not allowed to cook. Poor breakfast.

Great value accommodation

The actual apartments are held within a hotel so took me asking a few people how to find it. Once inside the room was Hugh with all the amenities you would ever need and only a stone's throw from shops to buy supplies. The breakfast was a buffet style served between 6:30am to 9:00am and was adequate. Not the biggest selection but there was an egg guy so that's always good. The lady on reception was very helpful and nice to talk with. Only downside to my visit was that the pool was closed for winter as is the case with most hotels in Hanoi during winter. This did upset me a little as I picked the hotel based on it having a pool. All in all I felt I had my money worth I'm this accommodation and would stay again

I could be relaxed with clean and wide room together with so beautifule West Lake view even for 2 nights of the weekend, I was also satisfied with various kinds of the buffet styled breakfast. And also, your hotel staffs are very impressive to take action very gently even for my difficult consult. One thing I'd ask you is....I'd really appreciate if you prepare some tennis rackets to play at the neighbour tennis coat, hehehe... I'm willing to use there for a long stay, when I visit Hanoi for business again.

Incredible lake view, generous minibar

Our room was fab, well equipped (even includes fridge and microwave) and the bed was so comfy. The free mini bar was such a treat :) !! And you can see the amazing lake view from your room. We also liked the close proximity to everything. Within walking distance to lots of cafes, trendy restaurants offering both local and international menu, and other places of interest ;)

Serene atmosphere, high room quality

This long stay serviced apartment/hotel has been open less than a year, so the property is brand new and comes with everything you could need: comfortable furniture, larger fridge and a kitchenette with good quality cooking equipment. The studio is spacious, beautifully decorated with oriental touch and has a lovely balcony view of the West Lake :) The location is perfect, more tranquil and less traffic than the city center. But if you want to go to the Old Quarter, taxis, Uber or Grab are always available. Staff was helpful and quick with request. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in Hanoi!

서호 옆 조용한 호텔

서호 바로 옆이라 조용하고 하노이 시내의 호텔은 주변이 시끄럽고 공기가 좋지 않은데, 이 호텔은 주변이 조용하고 베트남 현지인보다 유럽 혹은 외국인들이 더 많아서 조용하고 주변에 세계각국의 요리를 맛볼수있는 식당들이 많다. 가격대비 호텔 시설이나 직원들의 서비스또한 훌륭하다. 다만 .. 조식은 그닥 .. 매일 같은 메뉴고 먹을만한 메뉴는 많지않다. 그러나 가격대비 대만족인 호텔이다. 직원들의 서비스가 너무 좋다. 다 친절하고 불편한 사항을 얘기하면 바로바로 조치를 취해준다. 객실도 매우 깨끗하고 요리를 해먹을수있는 인덕션과 조리도구들이 있어 오랜기간 머무를 경우에도 좋은 숙소이다.
