The Room: My room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a quiet and comfortable sanctuary away from the bustling streets of Hanoi. The Staff: The entire team was incredibly courteous and helpful, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Special Mention: A huge thank you to Hana! She truly made my stay special with her exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot—right in the center of the Old Quarter, within easy walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and the best local food. We booked the (family) triple room , only problem is the shower where the bathtubi is,no ahower curtains, so its quite wet after u finished using the shower, but otherwise the toom is roomy enough for the 3 of us, not too noisy , though its not really soundproofed, The staff are helpful, friendly, polite. The area is safe.

It's right in the old quarter so it's old school. It was pretty good, the staff were good and friendly. We chose the penthouse which is on level 11. The lift only goes to 9 then you walk up 2 flights of stairs. It was 37 degrees in the room when we got there. The balcony was excellent once the sun went down.

This hotel is located very centrally within the Old Quarter of Hanoi and it is so easy to walk around to many other parts of the city. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping were all very helpful and friendly. I was happily surprised to be able to check in a couple hours early. The room was huge, very comfy king bed and I highly recommend the balcony room. The breakfast selection is a smaller buffet but has all the hits and delicious croissants. The pool is small but a nice reprieve from walking around during the day!

A very comfortable hotel in a great location, moments from the Water Puppets Theatre. Right in the heart of the city, easy access to the Night Market and Train Market. The only slight niggle was our City View room looked over an alleyway to an adjacent building (see photo) Good pool on the roof.

Door on room needs to be pulled very hard to properly lock. Watch out for this so someone doesn’t have access to your room. Clean, good bed, great location. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Pool was too cold to use but looked nice.
