We booked the (family) triple room , only problem is the shower where the bathtubi is,no ahower curtains, so its quite wet after u finished using the shower, but otherwise the toom is roomy enough for the 3 of us, not too noisy , though its not really soundproofed, The staff are helpful, friendly, polite. The area is safe.

The hotel is brilliantly positioned in the old quarter of Hanoi. The beds and pillows are top quality and comfortable. The room (family, 3 bed) was spacious with plenty of storage space. The 'city view' consisted of the side of a building which was a bit disappointing but since we didn't spend very much time in the room this was fine. We prefer to eat a late breakfast and by the time we ate breakfast at around 8:45/9:00am, the cooked elements were only lukewarm, however, eggs are made to order and there's a varied selection of cold dishes too. Had a lovely stay at this hotel.

This hotel is located very centrally within the Old Quarter of Hanoi and it is so easy to walk around to many other parts of the city. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping were all very helpful and friendly. I was happily surprised to be able to check in a couple hours early. The room was huge, very comfy king bed and I highly recommend the balcony room. The breakfast selection is a smaller buffet but has all the hits and delicious croissants. The pool is small but a nice reprieve from walking around during the day!

In the heart of the action...

A very comfortable hotel in a great location, moments from the Water Puppets Theatre. Right in the heart of the city, easy access to the Night Market and Train Market. The only slight niggle was our City View room looked over an alleyway to an adjacent building (see photo) Good pool on the roof.

Door on room needs to be pulled very hard to properly lock. Watch out for this so someone doesn’t have access to your room. Clean, good bed, great location. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Pool was too cold to use but looked nice.
