無料の空港送迎バスがあるという点だけで選びました。弊社の予約確定メールにてホテルに直接メッセージを送りバス詳細を聞きましたが返事がなく、空港で電話してもそんなサービスはないと言われ一方的に電話を切られ、チェックインの際にも何言ってんだといった対応でした。工事中だったようで部屋の中までペンキ臭く、水周りは工事の後の白い粉で全体が汚れていました

ヴェトナム、中国人むけ団体のホテル

浴用タオル2枚のみ、通常サイズのタオル、ハンカチサイズのタオルは無い。洗面所にはコップなし。大きなバスがあるが、お湯は電気式で容量ふそく。半分バスにためたら、お湯は水になった。空調その他は問題ない。 一番の問題は　Expedia のホームページで　ハノイ、空港送迎無料で検索したら、このHotelともう一件ヒットした。予約後、Expediaから日時、飛行機便名をHotel　に連絡するよう指示があり、メールをいれたが空港に出迎えはなかった。Hotel到着後、抗議したら、当Hotelでは送迎はやっていないとのこと。帰国後、ExpediaのHP で検索したら、相変わらず空港送迎無料と表示されている。Hotelのミスなのか、Expediaのミスなのか当方は解らない。 上記理由で、旧市街地から遠いHotelを予約するというミスをやってしまった。朝、昼はレストランはOpenだが何と夜は営業していない。近くに外国人向けのレストランが無い。仕方なしに入ったヴェトナム料理店では英語のメニューなし。英語をしゃべれる従業員はいない。メニューに印刷されている数少ない写真で料理を注文した。

古いホテルでバスルーム汚い

バスルームが施設が悪く汚いです。過去いろいろな海外のホテルを泊まりましたがワースト3にはいります。私の泊まった部屋のベットは、ﾊﾞﾈがギィギィ言って不快でした。ただフロントスタッフは親切でした。
