Very nice place with really excellent people at all stations and front desk A perfect companion for a first time visitor to Hanoi, who is somewhat nervous about venturing out on their own Really appreciate shadows to and from Hotel at a very reasonable price Rooms are excellent value in an area that’s pretty close to the center of Hanoi

Amazing hotel, good location thats walking distance to lake yet not too touristy. Amazing staff who arranged BD cake n surprise for hubby. Hotel in good new condition. Excellent breakfast too.

By far my best hotel experience on a holiday taking in Thailand and Vietnam. The staff were all excellent, friendly and impressively efficient. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s location in the Old Quarter is perfect too.

Fabulous hotel on the edge of the old quarter. Easily walkable. Room was quite small but perfect for me as a solo traveller. Breakfast was really good with lots of delicious options. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended

Excellent hotel great location friendly staff

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Excellent location, but quiet surroundings. Room perfect, bed very comfortable. Much appreciated upon arriving very early having my bags stored and then a text from Gigi on the front desk that my room was now ready ahead of schedule. Would recommend to all.
