아침밥 해주셔서 너무 좋았고, 아침은 쌀국수나 아메리칸 스타일 밥입니다. 그리고 물도 주시고 청소도 잘 해주십니다. 드라이기 있고요 하롱베이 트립 하루전날 신청해서 급하게 다녀왔는데도 좋은 차에 멋진여행 할 수 있었습니다.

Helpful staff! Good breakfast and very good location if you want to book some trips from Hanoi for example to Ha Long bay. Nice balcony on the 5th floor

Very disappointing

Our room was on the ground floor with no windows and noisy through the night. Air conditioning did not work very well and went for breakfast at 7 and there was no one there to serve breakfast, just a room with a dirty messy kitchen, had a transfer at 7.30 so had to go to a coffee shop nearby for breakfast. For the price it is the worst place we have stayed in Vietnam by far.

Short stayed . Good enough.

Very busy location. In the alley taxi cant get in . I just stay one night waiting for the early morning flight next day . We had 5 people we just stay one room .the owner seem very accommodating put enough bed and mattress in the floor and towels for everyone .. The place not fancy but clean good enough if you try to budget your trip . The location is ok very busy seem safe for the price you paid the owners seem take good care their business . they even pack breakfast to go for you if you catch early flight the next day. I thought it's very nice touch .

Friendly and hospitable staff

Great correspondence prior to arrival. Uncle met me on the street right as I got out of the taxi from airport, in the middle of the night, when I arrived! In a type-written note, sister expressed her regret for not being available to meet me personally but that she would be there tomorrow morning. I met her the next day, and had dinner with the family. A lovely extended family -smiles all round. I enjoyed the time and would definitely stay with them again. A great rate through Expedia. Room with a balcony! No elevator, but uncle helped me with baggage coming and going. Thanks.

Not the family feel expected

Sadly the family feel didn't come across as advertised. Mostly as didn't meet any family members other than 2 young girls and the uncle who made breakfast. Had the 'family dinner' with another couple who were staying and it was just us and 2 young girls only one of which spoke English . Wouldn't say don't stay here as it's clean and perfectly pleasant but for any help with travel bookings there are 2 really good agents on the same street.

Comfortable - Excellent location -very good host

Luan is an excellent host and he his very welcoming and organized. He helped us with everything and gave us excellent recommandation. His family is also very nice and welcoming. We stay one night and the room was clean and comfortable with a good internet connection. The only thing we did not like is the bathroom outside of the room, even if it was not shared with anyone else.

Homestay with Welcoming Staff and in Good Location

Luan and his family made our Hanoi trip a very enjoyable stay! Ever since booking our stay here he has communicated with us via text to ensure that we had someone to pick us up upon arrival and even arranged for us a 2D1N trip on a cruise in Halong Bay. Staff here were very accomodating and friendly and answered all our queries on where to go for sight-seeing and shopping. They even invited us for a authentic vietnamese dinner one of the nights we were there. The place was confortable, spacious and clean in a safe environment and is walkable distance to many attractions. Breakfast is complimentary and you get a huge bowl of pho each morning which is a plus! Thank you for the wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this homestay for anyone looking for a home away from home!

not recommended at all.

no elevator. locates in the center of old quarter but roads not all paved. dinner was awful. pieces of fried chicken and pork. and even refused to provide dinner even i booked dinner included rooms. do not clean the room unlike other hotels. not like homestay. it is just a hostel run by a family with an awful service.

Family homestay a must!

Absolutely loved the homestay with the local family. Family friendly and lovely. The opportunity to meet other travellers during the family meal and during breakfast time was fantastic too. Homestay also had great tour service and advice, they organised my day city tour and evening food tour.They were also helpful with my airport shuttle service. For my follow kiwis, if you enjoy NZ bed and breakfast places then you'll enjoy this family homestay.
