Friendly staff and good location. This was ok if you paid for and were expecting budget accommodation but reviews and pictures seemed to suggest it was more than this. For the same price we stayed somewhere else in Hanoi which was amazing. Breakfast was in a basement at another hotel down the road.

We booked this hotel because it was the only one we found with reviews saying it was quiet. All other hotels had complaints of street noise. To our amazement, it was very quiet even though our room faced the street. The street in front of the hotel is bustling with action but it's mostly pedestrian which keep the car/scooter noise way down. The room was clean and had a few niceties and quirks worth mentioning. The air conditioner did a fantastic job of cooling the room but could also be because the room was small. Either way, the temperature was very comfortable. The refrigerator was the best one of all of our hotel stays in Vietnam. We like to buy beers at convenience stores and drink them in the room at the end of the day. This fridge was big and cold! The shower was mix of great and not so great. The water pressure was strong and the water was hot. But the shower only had a short glass wall to keep the water from splashing outside. It clearly had a bar for a shower curtain but didn't. I've seen a similar shower in Australia so i think it's meant this way. Even carefully showering results in a wet floor outside the shower. Also, the shower slippers provided looked gross so we didnt use. The included breakfast was a simple buffet but you could 1 order hot item (omelet, pho). It wasn't as skimpy as other reviews claimed. But the downside was the buffet is down the street at a partner hotel. So a bit inconvenient when raining. Overall a good stay with quiet sleep.

The location and the staffs. They are always willing to assist you happily. Stayed there for 3 nights. 1st night not so good as the toilet basin water pipe leaking, TV not working and window not able to close which was quite noisy due to the horning of the cars. After informing the receptionist, they are able to address all the issue and fixed it the next day.

Extraordinary customer service, the friendliest, most professional personnel that we've ever met in hospitality service. Special thanks to Jimmy, Mia, Okami, and Cindy, who made our stay unforgettable. The hotel was five stars, but their work - six, at least :) The rooms are decorated very beautifully, breakfasts are delicious, cleaning service spot on. We couldn't be happier with our stay in Indochine Premium hotel.

スタッフはとても親切で良かったです。 ただ設備は鍵がかけにくかったり、扉の建て付けが悪いなど、不十分なところもありました。 朝食は別館で取りますが、ジュースはフレッシュジュースではなく、果糖が入ったもので、バイキングの種類もあまり豊富ではありませんでした。 また細い路地を入るので、タクシーは前まで来ることができません。 ハノイ中心部にしては安いので、値段相応なのかもしれません。

Overall we had a great stay. Since the ratings were so high when we booked, we were a bit disappointed that it did not seem to match the star's rating as presented however, it did not effect our trip. The location is central so awesome for exploring the old quarters. The front staff were attentive and always happy to help. Be careful when showering as water did start to leak out of the bathroom. I wouldn't shower on full blast and also point the water away from the shower door. I also found putting a towel at the shower door greatly reduced the water from leaking. The free breakfast was simple. You'll have to walk to their sister hotel for this. We really enjoyed their coffee and pho. They also had great little deep-fried buns.

The staff was very nice. Received early check in for a sm fee amy with a upgrade in rm given with no extra fee. Breakfast was great and locatuon. Spa opened up later in the afternoon with only one employee, a downer. Definitely recommended.

Central location, room was modern for the area. Breakfast was just ok with about 150m walk to a sister hotel. As no cars can access street a tricky 50m walk with luggage can be a challenge to the hotel as in a busy street.

This is a lovely little hotel with very personal service. Love the neighbourhood. Breakfast was basic but got us going in the morning. Hotel arranges foe transportation to the airport and moved our luggage by dolly as there is no car traffic on the street.

The hotel description is misleading. There is NO onsite breakfast facilities. Breakfast is down the road, outside the hotel!! When we arrived, the only lift in the hotel was "out of service". This is definitely NOT a 4* hotel. It is more like a 1* hotel. This hotel does NOT come with the concierge, the facilities, decor, or top notch service that all 4* hotels offer. This hotel offers absolutely nothing. The staff are miserable and unhelpful. The rating for this hotel definitely needs to be reclassified. Regarding the room. We asked for 2 room queues, but was told we could only have one and if one of us needed to access our room we had to get reception to let us in. The sockets in the room was loose. The kettle needed to be unplugged to stop it over boiling. There are some good points to this hotel, and that is it's location. It is on a quirky road in the centre of all the hustle and bustle.

The best location: walking distance to all major attractions and super convenient to explore Old Quarter area. The staff were very attentive, welcoming and helpful. Happy to come back to smiling faces with their warm welcome. The room was clean with the basic amenities, all in all I’d say it is reasonable for the location.

Good location in the Old Quarter but located in an interior street so your car service /taxi can’t stop in front of the hotel. You have to think twice if you have large checked in luggages but hotel staff are there to help you with your luggages during check out. Breakfast is decent but served in another location.

Pictures shows breakfast buffet but it is down the street and around the corner at another hotel - not the best choices. It is on a quieter side lane which is nice from the hustle and bustle of the city. Centrally located so easy to get places in the Old Quarter.
