Once it was an excellent hotel. Age is diminishing it however. Small things are beginning to break.

5-star hotel staff! We had a great stay at this hotel. However, the location, amenities and hotel condition are more of a 3-star hotel. I gave them 4 stars because the staff was truly incredible. They really try to make your stay the best possible. The pool area, gym restaurant need improvement. Overall a great stay. I would stay here again.

Good hotel! Excellent staff and impeccaple service. Very good breakfast buffet and restaurant. Nice spacious, comfortable and clean room. The pool area lacks a little maintenance (broken chairs, litter, empty water cooler for a few days, accessible pool towels). The gym is nice and functionnal. Overall a very nice stay even if the hotel is a little far from main attractions of Hanoi. Would recommend.

A nice hotel, easy and convenient. Great price. Very friendly staff. Beautiful interior. Very modern. The rooftop was sadly a bit deserted. Delicious welcome drink, bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the room did smell a bit like cigarettes. Otherwise everything was a 10/10 experience. I would stay again in the future.

I don't think it's their fault, because even though I book hotels with VIP perks (and pay a premium for that) I have never been offered a room upgrade or have had any sort of acknowledgment at check-in.
Again, it appears that this is your fault and not the hotels because it happens (or rather, doesn't happen) everywhere.

Stayed here for two nights. The staff have great hospitality and sufficient skills. Facilities are new and comfortable. If I could point out some minor drawbacks, the bathroom counter space is a bit small for my personal items. In the shower room, it would be perfect if there were a small basket on the wall for shower gel or shampoo. It would be better to provide more glasses for water or fruit juice in the breakfast area.
But overall, it was a nice stay for me. Will be back next time!
