Completely fine - my room was fine for INE person (the bathroom / shower had glass walls so could be weird if you are sharing the space with someone. TV is impossible to manage. Only German channels. Ah, no AC in my room.

Im Wandel

Seit Jahren komme ich regelmäßig in das Smartcity. Gab es am Anfang noch ein Wasser gratis und Pralinen als Betthupferl, so fällt dieses auch weg. Gerade nach einer Reise möchte man etwas trinken. Es ist für mich tatsächlich ein Kriterium. Ich möchte keinen Bonbon auf dem Kopfkissen. Ist eher peinlich. Dann eher nichts. Es gibt weder Kaffee Tee Zubereitung, noch halt ein Wasser. Sehr schade. Daher nur 4 Sterne und da es keinen Kühlschrank gibt.

keine 4 Sterne verdient u nd überteuert

der einzige Fahrstuhl war mindestens 2 tage defekt ,dies soll laut anderen Hotelgästen öfters vorkommen, da der Fahrstuhl sich im Altbau befindet u nd abgerissen werden sollte.die klim aanalge wird zentral vom Hotel gesteuert und kühlt im Hochsomme die Zimmer nur auf 25,5 grad runter..die Einzelzimmer haben keine Kofferablage und kein kleiderschrank und auch keine kühlschrank

Forget if on a family trip

Let's first say that I booked for 2 nights but left after the first one. Totally no privacy in the room (suite) with shower totally on view from the room with no curtain or nothing else to obstruct view. And partial view also for the toilet itself. Surely not the choice when travelling with a family. Staff even admitted that and can't complain at all about the front staff which is anyway welcoming. But once you enter the lif fully covered with carpets on its walls as well, not a good first impression at all. Suite room itself good size anyway, even if not the cleanest one you might expect. Top location at walking distance from anything in the city centre. Few restaurants beside it as well. Pity for the architectural big mistakes, otherwise would be a good starting point for the city visit
