Great hotel with safe bicycle storage

Great hotel close to restaurants. Very friendly owner who couldn’t do enough for us. We are from Australia and very grateful for the warm welcome and able to safely store our bicycles. The room was comfortable and quiet and had a great sleep. Highly recommend!

The beds were good and the hotel was situated between wellness centers, quite an interesting location. However on arrival no reception and breakfast was a bit too expensive and unattended. So overall service could be more caring

The reception was supposed to be open 24 hours however it was unoccupied before 8pm. The room was infested with ants and there were not enough towels or toilet paper. The website photos did not reflect the state and condition of the hotel. We did not receive a pass card to leave the property so we could not leave before checkout.

Not at all as advertised and super long walk way completely dark at night with zero lighting. The only positive thing I can say is they hotel agreed to let me check out after one night without penalty even though I was booked for 7.

Everything was ok. Quick check-in. Free parking, internet. Clean and comfortable. The only drawback but it is related to the weather is the high temperature in the room. I just couldn't cool the room in any way. It was cold in the morning. I would love to visit the hotel again. I highly recommend it.

Faulty towers

Nicke rooms but a bit cold. You had to put on the heater yourself. No shower gel in the shower. Dining room was cold. The breakfast was cold. The staff were ok but one was sour. No dinner at evening. No bar open. No pool in sight as they wrote. The hotel was dark at arrival. No one at the reception. We had to call to get in. I would not recommend this hotel.

Das Zimmer war in einem desolaten Zustand. Massiver Schimmelbefall im Bad, kaputte Möbel, fleckige Polster, schmutzige Vorhänge, unangenehmer Geruch nach Abfluss im ganzen Hotel. Dafür habe ich 162 € für eine Nacht bezahlt. Auf meine Beschwerde per Mail an das Hotel kam keine Reaktion.
