Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas abgenutzt, aber bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten sauber. Die Gegend ist etwas speziell, aber man fühlt sich dennoch sicher. Mein Zimmer war zu einem Innenhof ausgerichtet, indem gearbeitet wurde. Es war stellenweise etwas laut. Der Blick auf die Mülltonnen und die Hotelwäsche war auch nicht so schön. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Es fehlte an nichts und man konnte sich auch tags über gegen ein kleines Entgelt Kaffee oder Tee nehmen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, das auch bei Problemen stets konstruktive Lösungen sucht Sehr zentrale Lage hinter dem Hauptbahnhof, dafür ruhig gelegen Das von mir gebuchte Zimmer hatte ein sehr kleines Bad, in dem man sich nur schlecht bewegen konnte, und keine Klimaanlage, was an einem warmen Sommertag unangenehm ist, da kaum Durchzug möglich war. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war aber wirklich in Ordnung

Das Zimmer war sauber, es gab ausreichend Platz für eine Person. Es standen genug Handtücher zur Verfügung, Pluspunkt auch für Seifen und Duschgel Spender. Die Ablagefläche für kosmetik war ausreichend. Bei der Matratze hat man leider gemerkt das die meisten Leute eher auf der linken Seite geschlafen haben, auf der Seite war die Matratze durchgelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, lediglich das Rührei war lauwarm bis kalt. Für ein Wochenende wenn man den Hbf in der Nähe haben möchte und keinen Luxus braucht sondern nur das nötigste ist das Hotel optimal

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine angenehme Größe. Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Die Umgebung ist leider recht laut und sowohl zur Straße als auch dem Flur recht hellhörig.

Some of the staff didn’t give a great impression, they where more interested in doing nothing than helping. The breakfast buffet I give 5 out of 10 points. Parking isn’t really good and the area feels somewhat unsafe.

Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Rotlichtviertel. Davon habe ich aber nichts mitbekommen. Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war lecker und besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. In der Nähe sind auch die Schienen. Ich hatte zuerst Bedenken, dass dies viel zu laut ist aber davon hört man kaum etwas. Mein Zimmer war direkt unterm Dach. Im Hochsommer würde ich lieber ein Hotelzimmer mit Klimaanlage buchen. Hier soll es nach Rückfrage der Mitarbeiter aber Ventilatoren geben. Für meinen Geschmack war die Matratze zu weich, da man wie eine Garnele im Bett gelegen hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bis auf eine Kleinigkeit, das auf dem Topper ein oder zwei Flecken drauf sind, kann man nichts Negatives sagen. Natürlich handelt es sich hierbei um kein Fünfsternehotel. Das ist aber jederzeit bei der Buchung ersichtlich für knapp 50 €. Die Nacht ist es akzeptabel.

Bei Anreise in der Dunkelheit wurde der erste Eindruck durch die nebenan befindliche "Bar Hemmungslos" etwas vorbeeinflusst. Auch der Blick aus dem Zimmerfenster in einen unansehnlichen Innenhof ist nicht schön. Brauner Teppich und etwas abgewohntes Interieur (Vorhänge/Bad) machen das Gesamtbild nicht besser. Es gab leider keine Möglichkeit im Zimmer Wasser/Kaffee zu kochen. Das Bett / der Topper waren sehr weich/durchgelegen. Insgesamt für mich kein Wohlfühlambiente. Für eine Nacht ok, länger hätte ich nicht bleiben wollen.

Ok frukost, kanske lite dyr i förhållande till vad som erbjöds. Rummet saknade ventilation. Det drog ned upplevelsen mest. Varmt och kvavt på rummet och en hel del ljud utifrån. Trevlig personal, mysigt, rent och fräscht i övrigt.

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig aber ok...uns fehlte eine Ablage im Bad. Sauber war es aber gerade der Flur sah schon deutlich mitgenommen aus. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lecker und für uns völlig ausreichend.
