The room was clean, organized, well-equipped, modern, and very quiet. The gym equipment was also very modern, and the sauna was great.

Novotel Hannover
As Novotel's go, this one is a great example. Rooms are modern and comfortable, good enough breakfast and staff friendly. Only bad thing (not affecting me), was a colleague who accidentally booked his room twice, was refused a refund - despite calling minutes later.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Free coffee and tea from machines are a plus.

We got in very late and had to use flashlights to find our way around the property. It was a lot of back-and-forth, but we found our way.
