"There was a large brown smear in the bathtub of one of our two rooms. After being told that it was a stain from hair dye we asked for them to clean it as it was definitely not hair dye. They did come and scrape it off finally. The blanket on one of the beds was stained, one of the towels was stained ..."

"Rooms and common areas need updating. Refrigerator in room was extremely loud. Pillows were terrible. Everything was very clean though and staff was helpful."
