"The room was dirty I won't even talk about the floor the staff was nice the water wasn't very hot and barely any water pressure the pool and hot tub area was a nightmare was packed and way to loud couldn't even relax and I was so looking forward to the hot tub that's why I chose this place to stay I've stayed once before they were gonna leave the pool open an hour longer so they said since we had a late evening check in from traveling for a family funeral no breaks/ discount for that after a long work shift I paid a pretty penny wasn't even in the room a total of 10 hours the upstairs was loud banging thumping on the floor didn't get much sleep because it echoed we left earlier than check out time cause I just had enough "

"First, this hotel is charming and I imagine would be a nice place to stay as long as you don’t get suite #4. We just stayed there and it was terrible. The HVAC unit in the bedroom was very noisy and the massive hotel sign is right outside the windows, which lights up the room even with all the window coverings closed. "
