Beautiful resort...but in the middle of nowhere! Seemed more like a long term place to stay as there wasn’t much information or assistance for touring. An hour or more from everything! If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to run away to this is it...good food in the restaurant, although expensive, and a beautiful pool... but if you are traveling and wanting to check out the area this is not a good base. We ended up checking out after one night, were suppose to be there a week. They refunded us in full!! Very friendly staff.

Nice & spacious resort, yet a bit overpriced breakfast. The first night we stayed, found out that the soap bottle was not full, almost liquidry empty. The second night, the house/room opposite of us enjoyed their karaoke since around 9pm until almost 1am if I hadn’t called to the cell of the incharge; it wouldn’t stop: meaning no staff to really take care or be attentive enough.

緑に囲まれてプチ山小屋体験できる宿

ビラ側に泊まりました。 やや古く室内が暗かったり内線電話がなかったりしましたが掃除は行き届いており、ロッジだと思えば快適ですし、雰囲気も良いです。 子供達も喜んでました。 スタッフはしっかりしていますが、サービスと食事は最低限、周辺にお店はないので水やお菓子は買ってから向かったほうが良さそう。

Great mountain getaway

We were very pleased with our stay at Belle Villa. We had beautiful views from our room and balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the gardens and beautiful swimming pool. Very pleased and would stay again.

Amazing

My room was beautiful with a georgeous view of the mountain. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They go out of your way to help you! The restaurant's food was delicious and they have room service!!!

Belle Villa Resort Chiang Mai

Wow, what a great place to stay! The staff are so friendly & will do anything to help. The Thai massage in the spa was second to none, very relaxing & felt a million bucks afterwards. The room was perfect, overlooking the pool & facing the bushland on the hill opposite. The pool was clean & in great condition, with a water feature flowing into it. Day trips booked through the resort staff were outstanding & well worth doing. Daily shuttle to & from Chiang Mai markets was a great option for dinner & shopping. Given the opportunity, I'd definitely come back to Belle Villa Resort.

Eine Enttäuschung

Toilette- sowie die Duschtür gaben beim Öffnen und schließen laute Geräusche von sich. Das toilettenwasser lief über unserem gesamten Aufenthalt ununterbrochen. Trotz Meldung dieser Mängel wurde uns wohl die Beseitigung versprochen doch leider nicht eingehalten.

Voyage en famille en Thailand - Chiangmai

Ayant fait une réservation à la dernière minute et durant la période du nouvel an Chinois, il ne restait plus aucun hotel à Chiang Mai, sauf cette résidence de vacance. L'hotel est assez éloigné de Chiang Mai et des principales attractions (30mn de voiture pour aller à Chiang Mai). Mais le prix de l'hotel était tellement compétitif (moins de 100 USD la nuit en pleine saison) que ce n'était pas un problème pour réserver un chauffeur toute la journée! Pour le prix, c'est un établissement correct. Les matelas sont assez usés quand même. Et pour ceux qui veulent se reposer, c'est isolé et au milieu de la nature (il y a des villas, nous nous étions dans une très grande chambre familliale). D'ailleurs en février, alors qu'on a eu des 30 degré l'après-midi, le matin on était à 14 degrés! Ceci étant dit, le service est passable sans plus et le personnel ne parle pas bien l'anglais. Le restaurant est pas trop mal mais un peu cher comparé aux restaurant de Chiang Mai. Donc globalement très content du séjour et l'hotel est ok pour le prix.Mais si j'avais eu le choix, j'aurais personnellement prix un hotel plus proche de Chiang Mai.

とても静かな環境でリラックスできました。宿泊客も上品なタイ人やヨーロピアン家族ばかりでしたので、騒がしくもなくのんびりできました。部屋も非常にきれいで、かつ宿泊客も少なかったため、プールサイドの最上階を準備してくださいました。 町中に出るのは不便ですが（30分～40分　毎日3便のシャトルバス利用）、観光よりも休息を重要視するなら、すばらしいロケーションです。 スタッフの対応も非常に丁寧で、タイ人のホスピタリティを再認識しました。また宿泊したいホテルの一つです。
