"Beautiful hotel. We found it very comfortable and quiet. The interior is freshly painted and the decor throughout the lobby is very elegant. The room was clean and maintained each day for us. It was pleasant to come back at the end of a long day to find our room clean with fresh towels. Our only complaint is that the elevator is very slow but other than that We highly recommend."

"Everything about this place was very nice. Lots of good amenities in the rooms, nice shower and bathroom. Lots of mirror and storage. The first bed when walking in had an unacceptable mattress. The other was very comfortable and good pillows. I didn’t say anything about it so they may have been unaware and I feel like we would’ve been accommodated with a new room if needed. Long wait for the single elevator too."

"I had called and asked for a handicapped room cause I use a rollator walker. I couldn't use the toilet because it was so low I couldn't get up. No grab bars. The rollator didn't fit so I couldn't close the door."
