TV set up could be better. No on demand, access to smart tv apps, no guide to see what was on the tv and mostly sports stations. Other than that I loved the stay. The ocean view was so refreshing. Garage easy to access will be returning

I was upset with the price, I stayed there many times, and I did it on Expedia and the cost went from 99.99 a night to 278.00 for 2 nights and no one told me about 3rd night free. Hotels was decent but the way they handled it and told me not to use Expedia. they could have honored the 99.00 rate or at least the 108.00 we saw. Hotel was ok,, but I wont use expedia again

The prperty is a typical 3-star Hotel with not a lot of the wild Factor, but that's okay. Little things kept me from giving a four-star review, such as no ice machines on the individual floors. You had to go down to the lobby to get it. Your first bag is free weighed out in smaller bags to fit your ice container in your room. Every bag after that there was a charge for. There was no iron or ironing board in the room and I had to get that from the front desk. They're also was no soap in the room when we got there so I had to go back down to the desk to get that. Overall though it was a good stay and the view was very awesome from our balcony. I would stay there again for another quick trip to Hampton Beach.

Loved our one night getaway to Hampton Beach, this hotel is fabulous, very clean, quiet, great location, offeted microwave, hot cofee 24/7, will definitely be back again, have stayed there begore and it just keeps getting better.

Very clean! Staff is excellent and friendly! I wish the cable/tv situation was better. Not a lot of options while watching tv due to weak signals. A booster might help. But i love this hotel and have already booked 2 more visits.
