「The property is semi clean. Most of the guests are residents or extended stay. The room I was given was updated, although the bathroom still needs remodeling. Overall I stayed here for 10 days to wait for a new tractor in IL. I did not like that the owner did not let me extend through expedia and forced me to pay directly with them and charged more. Even with the renovated rooms the motel still needs tremendous work and the area is bad and not very convenient. The ubers are very expensive due...

「Very dirty, peeling paint, large hole in bathroom wall, toilet didn't flush, sheets were stained, I couldn't get into my room due to the door being damaged, the pool was closed, I had to pay $60 up front in cash for a deposit on top of the room rate - had to use their ATM for the cash and was charged $3.75. I did get the $60 back when I checked out but I will never stay here again.」

「Fast Check-In, good staff, the room that I've got was very decent, everything clean and organized, comfortable beds and pillows, a clean bathroom, my experience there was good and comfortable in this place. But the only thing that I was not expecting, was a cigarette smell at a non-smoking room, it was tolerable but not expected.」
