The hotel is clean, comfy and the hotel room was set up perfectly. The staff was polite and helpful. A few things regarding breakfast. They ran out of all breads and fruits. They knew the hotel was full but someone was not paying attention so many of the guests for the last hour and half of breakfast left didn’t get the breakfast they paid for. I was in the business so I know how it works. Also if the manager could have gone out or had food delivered to help the balance of the guests get the experience they planned on for their breakfast. Also the tables dying the hour and a half when I was there were not cleaned. People kept having to do this themselves. This is mandatory for anyone serving food. I worry these days about managers who do get the training just simply not wanting to put in the extra effort to take care of guests.

Staff were very friendly, very clean, beds were comfortable, watch your charges they charged me an extra $70.00. When brought to their attention they were very good about reversing it! Overall this place was excellent! I will be coming back!

Completely bummed to find out pool is closed until May. We have 4 kids with on a very long road trip who were eager to swim. Very inconvenient and we would have booked somewhere else knowing this.

Two night stay - couple
Went to Rod Stewart concert at Hard Rock Casino, stayed at hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was clean, and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room (king sized bed) was very roomy and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. Very nice. The breakfast was more than I expected, with scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage patties, ham slices bagels, toast and more. I would definitely stay here again.

The parking is close, easy check,-in friendly staff and the room was fresh and clean. Tempuratue control was exceptional. And, it was quiet during my stay.

Nice hotel and area directly off interstate. However nothing in the area such as gas stations and restaurants. Also the next morning we needed towels to bathe with and they said they didn’t have anymore at the front desk . We saw housekeeper and asked she said she didn’t have any .
